My email address has crashed and I wanted to change it on booking.com

Need to cancel and can't get into my account

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your account. If you can't log in to your account on Booking.com, click on the "Forgot your password?" near the sign-in option. You will be prompted to input your email and reset a new password. Once you regain access to your account, you can cancel your booking by going to 'My Bookings', select the bookings you want to cancel and follow the prompts. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy which is stated on the booking details page, so any refund depends on these terms.
